Put a Stop to the Shelter Hours Hold Kill in NC

We have been trying to work with many shelters in getting stray holds out of the shelter with provided foster and possible pending adoption. We sometimes drive the long distance and get our hopes up and get to the shelter ready to pick up the dog. Only to be told he's not leaving. But getting killed anyway. No matter what we do and how hard we worked. They have already made up their minds..They even collect money but where did this money go to since we can not take him with us? The law has to change. Please help us change these laws to help save these animals who deserve better. Bless you all!
