Restrict Deadly Force Capability of Law Enforcement

The amount of unlawful killings of black citizens and others, committed by Law Enforcement, has now identified a significant breach in the commitment to "Protect and Serve". This deviation of trust presents a marked incapacity in Law Enforcement's capabilities to demonstrate basic human restraint. The repeated killings of innocent black citizens and others, represents a significant psychological lapse in the abuse of privileged power. As such, we are forced to eliminate the possibility of further killings of innocent black citizens and others, by restricting Law Enforcement's capability of Deadly Force; through the reduction of the tactics available. This reduction of tactics will still allow "credible" Law Enforcement to protect, serve, and defend; but only by utilizing non-deadly methods. An individual can be incapacitated by means other than deadly force, such as chemical agents, electrical weapons, and non- lethal ammunition, etc. We must act now!
