Guy Turcotte, murdered his children in a cold blood. He stabbed his 5-year-old son 27 times and his 3-year-old daughter 19 times as they slept in their bedrooms.
26 September 2014 Quebec's chief Crown prosecutor is asking the Court of Appeal to review a Superior Court decision to release Guy Turcotte pending his trial. A psychiatrist for Guy Turcotte told a mental health review board Friday that the former cardiologist found not criminally responsible which is another way of liberating him. The public is outraged and is demanding justice and protection for victimized children
