It's time for a change in the NYC family court system.
TRADITION not LAW has separated loving father's from their children for years. It seems the system has no concern on the severe emotional and psychological damage effecting the children that they allow to happen everyday. Most civil parents in a divorce understand the impact on the children and do their best to minimize the damage, however not in all cases. False accusations, purgery and straight up lies with no proof is all it takes to suffice the court to obtain an order of protection. In most cases the children are too young to speak for themselves and the rest the court won't allow the children the opportunity to speak.
On this father's day I am asking you please to help make a change and make the family court system and our LAW MAKERS recognize that this TRADITION has to change!! In ALL cases the mother automatically gets "custodial guardianship" and let's face facts: All women are not fit to be mothers and sole decision makers!
