DEMAND CYCLISTS TO OBTAIN INSURANCE AND REGISTRATION

If we are to abide by laws for cyclists then there needs to be protection for the commuter! We just had a law passed on us, the three foot law, in witch cyclists are to be given 3 feet to either side when traffic passes them! Not to mention all the other LAWS that have to be adhered to in order for a tiny percentile of citizens to ride their bike! If you have to pay registration and obtain insurance to use a motor vehicle on Nevada roadways then so should cyclists.
