Demand an End to the Contractors Having to Provide Ladders

Having to provide ladders for Inspectors has proven to have safety risk, ex; by leaving the ladders out all day for the inspector allows it to be accessible by children, what if a child climbs the ladder and falls? Having to make sure the contractor leaves a ladder that is sufficient enough for the weight of the inspector, should not be the contractors responsibility. If the Inspector falls off the ladder, it will not be covered under the Contractors Insurance. It would be in everyone's favor for the Inspector to provide his/hers own ladder.
