Demand an animal abuse registry NOW

Animal abuse happens every day and yet the abusers are given a slap on the wrist. Then they end up with more animals to abuse and discard like trash. If the abusers are not held accountable for their actions, then we are going to continue seeing animal after animal abused and discarded. Demand an animal abuse registry NOW and make it mandatory that when they are charged with animal abuse, they have to register just like a sex offender.
