Shade for park and baby swings.

Our park needs shade during the summer the playground equipment is too hot to utilize and too hot to even enjoy. During winter time it stays wet causing the kids to play somewhere else. In addition the swing set was not set up for babys. So mother's that have kids ages 0 to 2 can not enjoy the park either.
