This is an attempt to collect the names of individuals concerned about the problems that plague our little town!
This list includes but not limited to: aggressive panhandling, public drunk and alcohol use. Individual frequenting parks and making citizen uncomfortable and or scared. These are examples..there are many other problems beyond this as well..we want to the whole community.. everyone to benefit..These issues are not unique to omak but this is our home and citizens are fed up! We as a community want it recognized that we the community believe that these issues can be handled by the local police but simply are not. Downtown businesses suffer immensely from the miscreant behavior that is not dealt with. It's a sad and real deal that needs to be dealt with by our city council and mayor. Attempts to speak to the police department have resulted in a dead end!! Please sign !! These signatures will be tallied on 15th and delivered!!
