Demand the state of Maine change law prohibiting wolf dogs

The Maine legislature passed a law in 2011 saying that wolf dogs were banned unless someone gets a special permit, which is very hard to get, and any wolf-dogs in the state of Maine have to get neutered!! My solution is that Maine can change it so either the permits are easier to get, and the don't have to get neutered or repeal the law completely!!

Hey everybody!
