Demand an end to improper management at Lake Hanna

This petition asks for the immediate termination of Ron Marler -caretaker/manager by Lake Hanna association board members, to resolve the improper management of the community. Mr. Marler's acts of improper management, not in its entirety, is described below;

*Lake Hanna has had a problem with emergency service not being contacted by management.
*Management leaving scene of incidence.
*Allowing unauthorized vehicles to enter gate.
*Improper management of allotted funds
*Improper use of associations equipment
*Failure to uniformly inforce rules
*Failure to investigate complaints from lot owners
*Making false allegations on verbal and written reports.
*Failure to perform duties as manager by allowing trespassers to enter Lake Hanna and allowing said trespassers to continue to remain.
*Grants access to visitors without prior approval from lot owners.
*and other Failure performance Failures as irregardless to caretaker/manager.
