Demand to end Hooters no show tattoo policy

I applied for a job at Hooters and very qualified for the position but don't feel I'm going to get the job bc I have a sleeve. It's very feminine and sexy but their policy is no show tattoos. I could understand if tattoos were offensive they should be covered but this is 2017. Most everyone has a tattoo and it's their right to express what means something to them such as a breast cancer ribbon or etc. I mean they're half naked so why should we cover them up when so much of them is exposed!!!
