Amend United States Constitution

The 13th Amendment of the United States makes you a slave once you become a convicted felon . the 13th Amendment which is stated below:
"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." Since United States Constitution is the supreme law of land this needs to come for the Supreme Court ,the the legislature ,president and the people.since we are "the people"we have the right under the Declaration Independence to alter or abolish any form of government. its the president, legislative, Congress ,military or any other Force refuses to allow us to amend the United States Constitution we have no choice but to alter or abolish this moment government which is our right under the rules of god and the Declaration of Independence
