Start a Female Veteran "only" support group.

I am a female Army veteran with a MSW who worked for the Ann Arbor Veteran's Hospital in a medical Social Work position.  Veterans have a variety of experiences that unite them as a group, but male and female veterans handle issues differently.  Female veterans feel more comfortable speaking of certain issues with only other females.  An all female group would provide a safe atmosphere for women veterans to discuss issues openly and build relationships with other women in their community.
