Stop killing innocent animals

I was suppose to get this dog from Moreno Valley animal shelter I went ahead was preparing his transport to me in Georgia when all of sudden the shelter claimed a rescue group come in and took him but shelter would not tell us which rescue it was for days then all of sudden they show pictures of him at Foster home. Still no explanation why I know he over 800.00 in pledges and they at the shelter didn't give a dam about dog only about money I been watching this shelter for months now and I seen a lot of dogs claim they been rescued but u never see there picture again. I really think this shelter is keeping pledge money and killing these precious babie. So plz help me get this corruption investigated and get this madness stopped once in for all and all the corruption end with people that are associated to this shelter held responsible for taking innocent lives and jailed for taking innocent people's money got them selfs
