Loud music being played outside the Civic Center Building

We the concerned citizens on 6th. street, of West Point MS., we are petition the City board and the West Point police department to look into the playing of loud music outside the Civic Center in cars park when they have events {dances and etc..,} at this building. The music is very loud and disturbing. While the music inside does not disturb us, but it's when they are standing around outside the building with their car playing loud with those speakers. Can you please help us resolved this matter in a timely manner, thank you.
