Demand For WIU To Give All Students A Universal Pass!

With the global pandemic of COVID-19, almost every college in the country had to cancel the semester, and have students finish their semesters online. It is not fair whatsoever because students already pay enough money to sit in class and learn, but it will be difficult for them to do that while they are home. I propose that the faculty at Western Illinois University reimburse their students with a universal pass system. Students at Yale and Harvard also are urging for this grading system. Students have difficulties with doing work at home, whether it's distractions, not a proper environment, or even just that they won't understand the work without being in the presence of a teacher. With the universal pass, every student will get a Pass on their transcript and still receive credits for every class they're enrolled in.
