Coachellas' Strays Need More

There are too many dogs and cats wandering the streets of Coachella. It's beginning to resemble a third world country. They are suffering from hunger, thirst, traffic, illnesses, injuries and sick or mean people. Coachella needs animal services of their own. Located within their city limits. The need is THAT dire. Ignoring this problem is abuse in itself. The city is growing so fast. Great! Please be a caring, compassionate city and help take care of the current over population, and take immediate steps to prevent future over population. The city really needs free spay/nueter services just to get things under control. Both your cities animals and citizens deserve a brighter future.
