It's time for a Change and a New Property Manager

It's time for a change in Property Management! The current management cares more about the landscape than he does addressing the tenant’s issues.  There are chuck holes and a welded shut access gates that need to be repaired!

This is called the hook ... You drove by or was sent to look at the property and you fall in love with how beautiful the grounds are and how nice the people in the community looks. It peaks your interest!! "That’s the line” But once you've paid your hard earned monies ... now you learn the truth!! That’s the sinker!

Example:

It's moving day... You have paid your deposit and Management knows you are moving in to that dwelling today ... was your apartment ready? Why didn't the appliances work properly upon moving in? Why are there roaches in my apartment, leaks that can destroy your belonging or safety issues, broken AC/Heating units?

 How many times since you have move in, have you requested the same repair for the same issue?

How many times has the property manager been rude to you for asking for a repair or extermination?

Some of us are here due to issues in the past or a Find it Agent who suggested Brant Rock Condominiums as haven in a storm, a place that excepted you even if you had a broken lease or bad credit...  But at a cost! Extremely high deposits and you find yourself moving in to a nightmare of issues with a tyrant of a Property Manager. His unfair tactics of filing an eviction before the 15th of the month.

Astronomical late fees, Reletting Fees, the Towing expenses etc.

By Texas Law ...You are supposed to have a copy of your lease with in 10days of moving in ....this is not something you have to request.

By Texas Law and the Fire Marshall of the City of Houston... There is supposed to be "walk through access" from this property. If there is a fire we are TRAPPED!!  

Some of us are here due to issues in the pass or a Find it Agent who suggested Brant Rock Condominiums as haven in a storm, a place that excepted you even if you had a broken lease or bad credit...  But they never mention the cost!

Extremely high deposits and you find yourself moving in to a nightmare of issues with a tyrant of a Property Manager. His unfair tactics will create issues with your credit that will take years to clean up. He intently wrecks your credit by gives damaging references and charging you for repairs and cleaning when you move from the property.

The property Manager here at Brant Rock Apartment creates the water billing! The Apartments on this property are all electric! Why do we pay for gas? Why are the water bill so High!! As printed on the bottom of your water bill “late fees are 5% of the amount owed" Edgar Perez charges $85.00 late fee for a water bill and will evict you for that same $85.00 Charge.

It is unethical for the property manager to borrow money from tenants!

It is unethical for the property manager to speak to by screaming or using demeaning comments.

It is unethical for the Property Manager to destroy a person character

It is unethical for Edgar Perez to meet you in front of the Court and ask for the $175.00 eviction fee.

(Did you know that your eviction is still pending? although you have given him $175.00 instead of the court!)

Have you had to call the sister property only to have your complaint ignored?

Calling the sister property and speaking to Jennifer is a joke!! ...Jennifer and Edgar or allies, she will NEVER emails or contact Chris Robertson the District Manager concerning your complaint against Edgar Perez. This person calls Edgar and expresses your complaint to him

This cannot continue NEW MANAGEMENT is needed for this property

NOW is the time for the tenants of Brant Rock Apartments to stand as one!!

Edgar Perez reign needs to be denounce !!!!

EDGAR PEREZ needs to be replaced and not by Jennifer (The property manager at the Fountain of Katy) but by someone who is fair

We implore you to stop the terrorizing and financial rape of the tenants of

Brant Rock Apartments

WE the residence of Brant Rock Apartments stand as one and demand to have Edgar Perez removed from the Position of property management immediately
