Save Smokie & His Community Cat Colony

Smokie is a community cat who lives on Palm Beach Island with his colony mates. The conditions are awful. The drinking water is filthy. The feeding station is filthy. Even worse, some of the cats have died due to Feline Leukemia. Why can't Palm Beach Island Cats spend some time and some of their $250,000 in fundraising money to save these working cats who patrol for rodents and other furry trespassers on this barrier island.  Where exactly is the money going?
