He lifted his poor little dog over his head and slammed her onto the ground - he was caught on tape!

His name is Brian Domin.
A neighbor filmed him committing an act of unspeakable cruelty.
"In the video, Domin can be seen raising the mother above his head, and forcefully slamming her to the ground.
"She is heard yelping during, and shortly after being thrown to the ground. She then goes quiet.
"Witnesses described the dog as being unresponsive for a period of time after the event. Domin then focuses on a neighbor and verbally accosts them," said Police Department in Springfield, Oregon, according to KCBY local news.
The poor dog's name is Baby Girl.
And she is the mother of puppies.
All she wanted was to give this man her love.
But this wicked criminal chose to smash her into the ground.
There is no excuse for this.
Fortunately for Baby Girl and her little ones, police rescued her and rushed her to receive care at the vet.
Now shel is OK and in police custody.
But what about her abuser?
Someone like Brian Domin doesn't deserve to ever be around animals again.
Senator Bernie Sanders has been a long-term advocate for animal rights, and has co-sponsored numerous pieces of legislation to protect endangered species, as well as to combat animal cruelty.
That's why we're asking him to lead a movement in Congress that would ensure that animals are protected from the likes of him.
