Demand taxing on Medicinal Marijuana in NJ to stop!!!!

The Medicinal Marijuana Program in NJ, has been design to fail and punish its patients. Pharmaceutical medications in the state of NJ are not taxed. So why is it that Medicinal Marijuana is? Everything to do with the program is already cash only. This includes doctor visits, the medical marijuana card and the medicine itself. These fees can add up quickly leaving the patient with other options but to pay up, due to their extreme conditions.

Medicinal Marijuana has been scientifically proven to help over 700 different conditions. These conditions include AIDS, epilepsy, Lupus, and Cancer. In fact, it has been proven through numerous studies to help decrease and kill cancer cells. This petition stresses the fact that Medicinal Marijuana should be treated like phamaceutical medications, by not being taxed.
