NO to a FOUR Storey unit block In Mount Annan (DA2014/626)

A development application has been lodged to Camden Council to build a four storey unit block at 1-5 Main St Mount Annan. Current residents already face highly congested traffic in this area. The current infrastructure would not be able to cope with the additional traffic this would cause. A four storey unit block, containing over 250 units would not only be a traffic nightmare it will also be an eyesore in our suburb as it does not fit in with the area.

The under signed hereby give notice to opposing the developement application DA2014/626. We believe the current intrastrucre can not cope with the additional traffic and that residents will be negativitly affected by this development. The under signed agree that a development of more that 2 stories would be an eye sore and out of character for the suburb.
