Oppose Allowing Joe Taco to be Exempt for Noise Ordinance

Joe Taco has requested to be exempt from the City of Canyon Noise Ordinance. They want to continue to use loud speakers for outdoor music and amplifiers for live music. They are requesting for the music to be amplified and to violate the times set by the existing ordinance. The outdoor speaker music already plays seven days a week, all day long, and well into the evening/night. They also use speakers and amplifiers when they have outdoor live music. The noise created by the speakers and amplifiers, often BOTH playing at the SAME time, is extremely disruptive to other businesses and nearby residences. The volume of the noise is already heard INSIDE the closest businesses and homes. This is a disruption of sanctity and enjoyment of owners and customers of other businesses and homeowners.
