Be held accountable!!!

I took off from work to take care of my sick daughter already lacking in moral support from others, I did everything I could to make sure she was feeling better to go back to school. On December 17, 2021, we dropped of my eldest daughter at school and stopped by Walgreens to pick up a prescription for my youngest child. On the way home, we were traumatized by being rear ended tragically in a school zone at a red light by a unknown at the time, 27 year old Anthony Robert Daniele of Sebastian, Florida. Myself and my daughter weren’t physically injured but mentally and emotionally shook by the impact on our life that Anthony shattered in just minutes on that day. He was given no sobriety test and or citations for this incident by the county sheriff. He walked a way with a bump on his head and solace that he wouldn’t have to answer to the law that his county lives by to protect its citizens from people like Anthony. It didn’t just take away a vehicle he took away an investment for a single mother of two, who lost the way to feed and provide for her family. He never reached out or looked back at the fact that he left several people confined to a home without transportation and a way of living for almost two months. No Christmas 2021 for my girls, the holidays were bare and to think we weren’t even able to file a claim because Anthony had no viable insurance to cover his rage driving because he didn’t receive his check that Friday. But in the end his kids are doing great and his family is thriving while we are still fighting for a justification day after day.
