Diamond Property Management, owners of Jackson Farms Apartments in Oshkosh Wisconsin, do not care about their tenants. The only thing that they care about is money and how they can obtain more money. The tenants of Jackson Farms Apartments want to see a change in our complex living situations. We are tired of convicted felons, drug dealing, domestic disputes, unattended young children, and police activity on a daily basis. Those tenants that pay their rent monthly, keep their homes clean and undamaged and follow the complex rules are tired of having to worry about their safety on a daily basis. Jackson Farms is a section 42 housing complex and there are many things that are not up to state standards. Majority of the apartments have multiple maintenance issues that have gone unresolved for more than a year. It is time for Diamond Property to care about its tenants and their homes. We demand change!
