End Puppy Mills

The word puppy mill is like a shelter for dogs but with a strong negative meaning usually puppy mill refers to the breeding of dogs, in order to pursue profits, ignoring the problem of inbreeding and breeding a large number of dogs. Often times, animals growing in puppy mill are often abused, for example, by keeping the dog in a small cage of life, cutting off the fun that most of the dog get to have. Breeding farms usually use breeders to achieve commercial profits, when the dog's market prices fell sharply, or slow-moving, often occurs collective abandonment, or humanitarian destruction of the event. This may also be one of the sources of stray dogs. In Taiwan, since the implementation of the Animal Protection Act, many private breeding grounds, that is, those who are not registered with a practicing license, contain people who breed dogs in their own backyard, as long as there is a commercial sale of the dog.
