Retake the driving exam

49% of all auto accidents that occur are by drivers within their first five years of having their license, one of the main reasons is they lack the experience other drivers have. If everyone is made to re-take the drivers exam every four years then not only will they be forced to practice safe driving but they will also have the necessary experience to make them better suited for the road. This would not only have great benefits to public safety on the road and in suburban areas with children, but also economically as each accident, that ends in injury, costs roughly $2.5 million per accident.
