US beaches/parks be "Clothing Optional" Non-Sexual Social Nudity should be accepted

Socialised, non-sexualised nudity, has never been proven to create harm. There is no scientific, nor studies of a psychological nature, which conclusively states abnormal conditions as related to it. In Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific, non-sexualised social nudity is part, and parcel of the societe.

Therefore having "clothing optional" parks and beaches will not results in an abnormal burden on American societe.
