FOR MAYA TO MEET ELLEN

Maya is one of my idols. I don't know her personally, just a Twitter follower but she has saved my life. I knew there were people out there that were survivors of rape but I just hadn't encountered any until I discovered her who willingly came out with her survivor story and has been helping me cope with it ever since. I thought to myself, how can someone who I've never even met, give me more support than anyone in my every day life. The answer, Maya has a pure heart of gold. Ellen is one of her idols, she lives how caring and selfless she is and also loves how Ellen isn't ashamed about the decisions she makes in life and lives every single day to its fullest, I believe Ellen and Maya have the same thing in common and that is all they've ever wanted to is help people
