We Demand Maximum Punishment For Jonathan Ford Under Arkansas Law

On Monday, June 8 2015, I received pictures sent to a friend of mine from Jonathan Ford. The pictures were graphic pictures depicting Jonathan Ford engaging in sexual activity with the dogs in his care. We were also made aware that he allowed the dogs to penetrate him as well. I spoke with Lt. Yarbrough of Pope County, who I then forwarded the messages and pictures to. Jonathan Ford masked himself as a rescue that he called "I Love Lucy" rescue out of Hattieville, Arkansas. Ford was arrested on Wednesday, June 10 2015 and charged with a class A misdemeanor for bestiality, . We plead with the courts to hand Ford the maximum sentence allowable under Arkansas law.
"A Class A misdemeanor is the most serious type of misdemeanor in Arkansas and it is punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $2,500. (Ark. Code §§ 5-4-401, 5-4-201.)"
