Democratize State Wildlife Agencies

  • af: John Johnson
  • mottagare: Legislatures in each of the 50 states
Decisions about the public's wildlife are wholly in the hands of appointed officials in each of the 50 states that are only concerned with hunter and trapper convenience, opportunity and success.

Science, preservation of species and facts have little impact on setting the killing quotas for our wildlife.

Each of the 50 states must be much better stewards of the public's valuable wildlife assets so they remain for future generations.

We need legislatures in each of the 50 states to ensure that general public representatives who do not have a wildlife killing agenda are representing the majority's interests. This broader public interest does not include the indiscriminate slaughter of wildlife for amusement, bragging rights or profit.
