A change in private security

We need a change in the training that armed and unarmed security gets. Too many security guards are taking the job too far and are causing alot of backlash from the general public and communities. People are not reallt satisfied with security in our local communities and even some law enforment has had issues and comments. Also some security guard had recently accused other security guards who are off duty and in uniform jackets or beanie caps of impersonating a security gaurd. No one wants to impersonate a security guard. Their needs to be stricter policys of licenseing and their needs to be evaluations eveey 3 months of the conduct and performance of security guards to ensure that they are following state and federall laws
