Demand to End Animal Cruelty around Milledgeville, Georgia!

My name is Madison West and I am a student here at Georgia College. I am having students of Georgia College sign this petition to help me stop the act of animal cruelty. Animal cruelty can be described as either the physical abuse or to fail to take care of the animal all together. Thousands of animals are left out all alone without shelter, food, and water. We can see this type of neglect in animals even here around Georgia College. Students help me in signing this petiton to help stop the animal abuse around us!
