Stop the Dallas Safari Club's Black Rhino Hunt

"There are only 5,000 Namibian black rhinos left in the world—and soon there may be one less. The Dallas Safari Club has just auctioned off a permit to hunt one of these majestic—and critically endangered—creatures. The intent is to raise money to save the species, but it's twisted logic. Killing even one of these amazing animals is a tragedy.

To bring back the slain rhino as a “hunting trophy," the winner needs to obtain an import permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). Denying the permit would set an example to the rest of the world that killing in the name of conservation is never acceptable."
