Violation of the people rights.

  • mottagare: The town of Bolton, NC and the mayor.

The town of Bolton has install tanks in yards of property owner against there will and the town did not have any type of easement. The people septic system are not failing, but yet the town demand everyone to connect to the city sewage or within 120 day we are demanded to pay $8000 to $10000 dollars or else. That is not right by no means and is a violation of the property owner rights. They taken federal money and repair some of the system in 2004, not applied for another federal grant to put city sewage in the same area that the tank was repair in 2004.something there sink to high heaven.
Everyone in this community almost or either on a fix income or they just don't have funds to compete with city government.
