Stop complaining that Megrahi is still alive

The convicted (but not necessarily guilty) Abdelbaset Ali Megrahi (of the Lockerbie bombing) was released on compassionate grounds because he only had a short time to live as he is suffering from cancer. People are now claiming vociferously that he has lived too long. This is hardly his fault. What do they wish to do? Execute him? Stop his medical treatment which seems to have kept him alive? He has no doubt been suffering greatly. He is hardly playing the 'playboy' that some complain he has. Stop being so macabre and demanding that he should die. He will do do anyway, sooner or later. Remaining alive in his condition is probably a great torture than a peaceful death.
