Demamd states recognize violent crimes against animals, that can't speak for themselves

Violence against an animal, that doesn't have the ability to ask for help, is horrendous. Hundreds of innocent animals die, each day, at the hand of cruel, painful, Violence. A violent act against ANY, should ne a felony crime, punishable by prison!! In my heart, I believe we can make this happen. We must urge our representatives to address this.
