Marys law

cruelty towards animals has increased and after the torture of Mary the dog, I believe that it is time to set up a website to register the convicted person/persons that participate in harming animals. A higher fine would pay for the website. This action could prevent future crimes by idenifying potential serial killers as well, I truly believe that it is time to stand up for what is right and hender humans from adopting puppies/animals that as I believe has lost their right to have a pet. Enough is Enough.  STAND UP FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT DEFEND THEMSELVES
