Hawks killing our pets and destroying our hobby

We have a harmless hobby, we breed fancy pigeons, some are unique birds that fly and roll backwards, they are called Birmingham rollers. Other breeds are tumblers, mag's, tipplers and many other breeds of pigeon that are beautiful to watch and becoming a rare sight in and around our towns. We are constantly being attacked by peregrine and sparrowhawks.
Peregrines and sparrowhawks belong in the countryside away from built up areas, they are not endangered and in the main they are enjoyed by many pigeon flyers. The problem is we have no rights, everything is balanced in favour of the hawks, our pets or hobby has no voice or no rights. Please help us get the law changed so hawks can be removed from areas where they are causing heartache and pain.
