DEMAND CORRECTION TO WESTWOOD CONDOMINIUMS HOA MONTHLY FEES

The 1-Bedroom Owners of Westwood Condominiums learned at the January ____ Board Meeting that Haven Property Management miscalculated the monthly fees and the 1-Bedroom Owners are paying $17.00 more per month than they should.
Haven admitted to their mistake of miscalculation and when asked by a homeowner to correct the fees, they refused stating “Because the percentages are recorded as part of your Declaration, and the budget was automatically deemed ratified, it was advised that there was nothing they could do, unfortunately.”
The Haven Westwoood Community Manager continued “In order to fix the percentages, we need a vote of 100% of the membership approving the change in percentages. The Board has not given me any instruction to begin this process, so as of this moment, the assessments are correct for February – December of 2019. No changes can be made at this time and the Board has not instructed me to start the process to change the percentages for the individual units.
