Stop the inhumane confinement of large reptiles

  • af: Marie W.

The crocodile, alligator, and large snake/turtle species living at The Reptile Zoo in Monroe, WA are confined to barren, pitifully small plexiglass tanks with zero semblance of their natural habitats. No stimulants are provided within these enclosures, excluding food. We must urge the owners of this facility and government officials to find more suitable homes for these animals (as well as any other resident species confined inhumanely) at which they can live active, stimulating lives in well-designed enclosures (if release into the wild is not possible).
