Help four Myanmar elephants get rid of their chains

Four "white" elephants are shown to the public near Yangon (Myanmar).

Their lives are spent chained at the ankles, on the hard (unappropriate) pavement with no room to move. Elephants are highly intelligent, social animals and living like this causes great physical and psychological suffering. They show stereotypical signs of stress by rocking and head-bobbing. On the picture, you see two of them.

We are asking that they be given the proper care they deserve, that is at least, a sufficiently spacious enclosure, where they are able to move around freely without chains, with food and water.

The petition will be sent to the Myanmar Forest Department.
