Support The Sandra Bland Act

I want to petition for an Act called The Sandra Bland Act. It would call for a person to be involuntarily examined and observed for at least 24 hours who has endured her type of brutal Police handling, causing head injury, thus endangering their life and who already have a medical condition like she did of epileptic (chronic) seizures. Even athletes are examined after head trauma. It shouldn't be a choice by a person that could have a concussion, and so may not make the best and most rational decision medically, if they should be examined or not while in Police custody. She denied a medical examination, which may have saved her life. A person having a seizure may make little or no noise, as I've found out personally after rescuing a neighbor that had a seizure once, and so they would not be paid attention to in a jail cell if they were thought to only be asleep and snoring by an untrained medical ear. Also they cannot request medical attention at such a time as their seizure occurs due to their incapacitation from the seizure. Left unattended to and untreated a seizure becomes more deadly, particularly after head trauma, which increases the severity of a seizure and which the video evidence clearly shows occurred as well as how she complained of the same in the video.
