Demend Laurier to be held accountable for rejecting applications from people with disabilities

Robert Malanson was rejected from a graduate degree in Social Work. Furthermore, this student is taking a big step towards getting a university education and the public sector staff who are rejecting applicants who have disabilities is not right at all. In fact, Robert is surviving on an insurance funded plan for employees with disabilities.

We want this student to be able to complete their program and the staff to have their employment terminated for their actions towards the student. Also, I am asking for all college and university institutions to train all of their staff in AODA.

As a former employee at Conestoga College who worked with people with disabilites as a Computerized Note Taker, this is absolutely unacceptable as I know students need accomodations in order to succeed in their programs.
