demand the right for our tamariki to ride, now!

We the citizens who reside in the panama area petition to allow children under adult supervision have the right to ride motorbikes/quads at the flat rock stury riverside panama road

For many years myself and other parents have enjoyed the use of the estury for family time, picnics and recreational motorbike riding, however recently police aproached us with the devestating news that our children have been denied access to the estury with their motorbikes due to complaints from some of the residents in the community of unreasonably excissive noise.

A lawnmower produces around 90DB of noise which is not deemed excessive or regarded as unreasonable the bikes that are used only range from 50cc to 125cc therfore only producing 50-80DB

We believe what is excesively unreasonable is that our children canot ride bikes at the estury when they create less noise than a lawnmower creates
