Please raise the legal age to either purchase or use an e-cigarette to 25 years of age or older.

In modern society, things are being made healthier, unhealthier, and more addictive. JUULs (or vapes) are modern society's perfect example of this. They are campaigned as being a healthier alternative to cigarettes, which have long been a major health concern. And yet, JUULs and other vapes themselves are guilty of the same thing they seek to solve. The issues they solve are replaced with other, just as troublesome issues, people are getting addicted at a rate unseen of before. With more and more of them making their way into the hands of minors, there needs to be a a further restriction on their use and purchase.
