REQUIRE DRUG TESTING FOR ALL MEMBERS OF CONGRESS- INITIal & RANDOM

There is such extreme and outrageous proposals being submitted and suggested by members of Congress that the suspicion of members being under the influence of drugs can not be ignored. This is is serious attempt to require all members of CONGRESS submit to initial and ongoing drug testing to be administered by government employees. No member of Congress should be sworn in or take their seat without successfully passing a drug test.
