Bring back Insight!!

On Jan 1, 2008, Comcast assumed control over all on Insight franchise territories north of Evansville, Indiana.  As former Insight customers, we have realized a drastic decline in customer service.  The customer service reps are unfriendly, discourteous and many times flat rude.  We were deceived into thinking that the services would be better, faster and superior.

I, like many other former Insight employees, was lied to from there very beginning.  Comcast announced that no staff would lose their jobs do the takeover.  Yet almost everyone I worked with has had their positions conveniently eliminated.  

Please, join me in signing a petition to get Insight back.
