Help the state of missouri to offer more syringe exchange programs

they save lives, and clean up neighborhoods and are far more cost effective. the governments cost of someone with Aids throughout their lives is far more than I believe approx.$! a day for a SEP. This is the bible belt, I undrestand this, but ppl not having access to clean needles and supplies will not stop them from using. It will just cause addicts to share needles and spread disease and theres no need for it in this day and age!
